1.16 Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay, no later than 3 working days after your order has been placed.
1.17 Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
1.18 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
1.19 Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
1.20 To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
1.21 If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
1.22 We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
1.23 Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
1.24 If you decide to cancel the order for a reason that is not due to an error on our part (the item is damaged or defective), for example you change your mind, then the goods must be returned in original sealed condition (if supplied sealed) or with any original tags, packaging or labels if unsealed.
1.25 You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:
(a) the supply of goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised.
1.26 In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:
(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return or resale if they are unsealed.
(b) unseal audio, video recordings or computer software that were sealed at the time of delivery.
(c) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.
1.31 Unless specified otherwise, all items sold on this website are new. Some items are sold sealed in outer packaging, some items are sold without outer packaging. Items will always be sold with the packaging they are delivered in from the distributors.
1.32 Occasionally outer packaging may show some signs of damage or wear due to transportation or storage. This will only ever be cosmetic. Items with more severe damage to their packaging will be listed in the Mark Down section of the website.
1.33 Items sold in the Mark Down section of the website will have noticeable damage to their packaging or other issues that prevent them from being sold as new items. The contents of these items should be in new condition. If you purchase items from this section of the store, you accept that you are buying items with the listed packaging or product issues and may not use any listed faults as cause for a return. You are still entitled to change your mind within the 14 day cool of period.
1.34 Should you purchase an item in the Mark Down section that has other faults that were not listed in the product description then you will be entitled to return the item as damaged or not as described.
Games & Cards UK Loyalty Scheme
1.41 We offer a point reward system for repeat customers. For every £1 you spend on goods (excluding postage) in our store you earn 1 loyalty point. Every point you earn is worth £0.05 for use against a future order at this store.
1.42 The minimum point level to generate a discount is 100 points, which will provide you with a £5 discount.
1.43 Points expire after 6 months without you placing an order at this store. Unused points after this period will be deleted and your points value reset to 0.
1.44 To activate the Loyalty Point system you must create an account on the website and set a password. The Loyalty Point system is unable to register points to customers without an account set up. If you have shopped with us prior to setting up an account, please contact us and we will endeavour to allocate you with the points you have previously earned.
1.45 Please note points may only be used to generate discounts at this store, and hold no integral monetary value of their own, and may not be exchanged for cash, credit or other monetary payments.
1.46 At all times Games & Cards UK retain ownership of all points generated by customers and they may not be sold, exchanged or traded.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
