We reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods if deemed necessary due to size / weight / item combination issues with the order.
All orders are expected to be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of payment. During busy periods delays may occur but should not extend past 3 working days since receipt of payment.
Unexpected delays due to issues with couriers or weather may occur on occasion. In such situations we will endeavour to ensure your orders are collected on time and efficiently.

Most orders are dispatched by Royal Mail. Some heavier or larger items may be sent via Parcelforce.
Parcels with a combined product value of £40 or more ship free.
Please note you must select the free shipping option at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to set this to be applied automatically by our checkout system.
We reserve the right to change the purchase limit for Free Shipping or add weight categories in the future as our product line expands.
Note on signatures:
Items posted where a signature is required will need to be signed for. This means if nobody is available upon delivery the item will be taken to your nearest delivery office. Please look out for notes from your postman if your item has not arrived within the expected time. Occasionally notes are not left, so please check your local office before reporting a parcel as missing.
Items sent via 24/48 services can not be reported as lost until 10 day from date of posting.
We always provide a delivery number when items are dispatched. Please note these normally only record when the item is delivered, they do not provide tracking during the journey. It should give you an indication if the postman has attempted to deliver your item if you are not in.
Express or Tracked delivery is the exception to this and provides full tracking during your parcels journey.
Items where proof of loss is found, will either be refunded through the original payment method, or replaced at our cost. Items where proof of loss is not found will only be eligible for store credit equal to their purchase price.
Undelivered / Return to Sender items:
If you are not home when the postman calls then they will take the parcel to your local delivery office and leave a note (if it is too large to fit through the letterbox). Items are only held at the delivery office for a set period of time so it is important you collect your item promptly or arrange a redelivery through the Royal Mail. If you do not collect your parcel in the allotted time, or arrange a redelivery the item will be returned to us.
Occasionally the postman may not leave a note, in these situations, if your parcel is over a week late, you should always refer to the tracking we provide, on dispatch, to check on the status of your parcel. This will show if a delivery has been attempted or not.
If your item is returned to us, you may either pay a standard postage fee of £3 for the item to be resent to you, or obtain a refund (minus any original postage cost we paid to send the item).
Cancellations, returns and refunds
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched then please email email@example.com as soon as possible, this is the quickest way to get your request noticed.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
If you decide to cancel the order for a reason that is not due to an error on our part (the item is damaged or defective), for example you change your mind, then the goods must be returned in original sealed condition (if supplied sealed) or with any original tags, packaging or labels if originally sold unsealed.
